GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
Our
Government Relations office is maintained by Daniel H. Murray, Esq.
who has over thirty-two years experience working in the United States Senate
representing corporate and individual clients. Governmental relations
services include legislative and regulatory advocacy. This includes
strategic planning and project development; information and analysis;
interaction with Congressional delegations; interaction with
appropriate executive branch agencies and preparation and briefing
regarding congressional testimony. Our Government Relations office
also provides media relations and crisis management services.

PROBATE & ESTATES
Kardaras & Kelleher offers trust and estates advice and legal services
concerning wills, trusts, estate planning, estate administration and
litigation in New York State Surrogate’s Courts. We have experience
litigating probate contests through trial. We have also conducted
proceedings to recover estate properties, as well as preparing
detailed formal accounting of fiduciary estate related activities. We
counsel fiduciaries regarding the developing area of elder care law
concerning prevention of governmental agencies from attaching
irrevocable trust assets to pay for health and nursing home care.
